Returns & Order Issues

Because our products are food, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. We really hope nothing goes wrong, but if there was an issue with your order, please contact us at shop@eatyour.coffee within 30 days of purchase and we’ll see what we can do to make things right! No refunds will be accepted after this time period. 

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at shop@eatyour.coffee. 

To make sure we can address your concern ASAP, please provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Photo (if applicable)

Friends Plan Refunds

When you sign up for a Friends plan, you are opting-in to receiving recurring deliveries as stated on the sign-up page. Information about how to adjust and manage your account, plans, and products will also be available on this page.

Please make sure to opt in to text message notifications, and to mark yourfriends@eatyour.coffee as a contact in email so you receive the notifications and upcoming shipment reminders. We are not responsible for failure to opt-in to any communications from us, missed notification due to opting-out of our communications, or technical issues from your service provider. 

If you are opted-in, you will be notified three days prior to your next charge, giving you 72 hours to make any changes. If you want to cancel a Friends plan or make changes, you can always contact us at any time at yourfriends@eatyour.coffee or via text (you must opt-in to receive texts at checkout, and can reply to any text we send). If you are not interested in a recurring order, you can simply purchase any snacks one-time.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds from requests that happen after the item is fulfilled. Although we typically respond in under 12 hours, please send a cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to your next shipment to ensure that the shipment will be cancelled and refunded. You are always able to adjust your account at any time prior to your next shipment and charge.
