We’ve all heard it time and time again. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

However, breakfast at work never seems to be quite as imaginative. It doesn’t have to be this way, though.

Peanut Butter & Banana Crunch Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 bananas
  • 3 tsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter granola
  • 1 tsp raw honey

Greek Yogurt Dessert Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Peach syrup
  • 1 banana
  • Granola
  • Crunchy peanut butter
  • Strawberry spread
  • Strawberries
  • Quinoa puffs

Keep a tub of plain Greek yogurt in the office fridge and add all of the fruits and toppings your heart desires. 1 cup of Greek yogurt = about 20 g of protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 4 dates
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla
  • A few grinds of himalayan pink salt

Chia seeds are a superfood that pack a nutritious punch. They're a great way to start your day and like overnight oats, you can prep them the night before so you can grab them on your way out of the house.

  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
